Terms

kansō is free and open-source software. Using it, or this site, means accepting these terms.

The license

kansō is released under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, copy, change and share it under that license, which governs over anything on this page.

Provided as is

kansō is provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind, as the license says. Its makers are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, including lost work, conversations or data.

What kansō does for you

Some actions end processes on your computer when you confirm them: putting agents to sleep, recycling or closing them from Memory, stopping a dev server from Ports, removing a worktree. kansō checks before each one and keeps what it can (an agent's conversation, a worktree's commits), but you decide when to run them and you are responsible for your machine and your work.

Other services

kansō runs inside Herdr and alongside tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub and the networks Share opens. Each has its own terms, which apply when you use them. kansō is a layout for Herdr made by its own contributors; Herdr and those tools belong to their makers.

Changes

These terms may change with the project. The date above says when they last did, and the history is in the repository.
